These terms apply to your use of the MuscleKeep app ("MuscleKeep", "we", "us"). Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. By using the app, you agree to both.

Not medical advice

MuscleKeep is a tracking and education tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or provide advice about medication, dosing, diet or exercise for your individual situation. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before changing your medication, diet or activity. Never skip, delay or change a dose to keep a streak. Stop any exercise that causes pain and seek medical help when you need it.

Subscriptions and free trials

• Some features require a paid auto-renewing subscription, billed through your Apple Account.
• If a free trial is offered, payment is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel in your iPhone's Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Your data

Your information and photos are stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device secure. See our Privacy Policy.

Changes and availability

We may update the app or these terms. We'll update the date above when the terms change.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is", and MuscleKeep is not liable for decisions you make based on information shown in the app.
